God’s Protection and Peace

Where do you find protection and peace in the face of the evil in this world?

God’s protection and peace is sure for the follower of Jesus.

God spoke through the Prophet Isaiah, saying, “No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD and their vindication from me, declares the LORD.” (Isaiah 54:17, ESV).

The servants of God are found blameless before God and are protected from the assaults of the enemy. There is no judgement for the servants of the Lord.

May we experience God’s protection and peace in the face of the evil in this world.

A Collect for Peace: “O God, the author of peace and lover of concord, to know you is eternal life and to serve you is perfect freedom: Defend us, your humble servants, in all assaults of our enemies; that we, surely trusting in your defense, may not fear the power of any adversaries, through the might of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.” (Book of Common Prayer, 2019).
