Increased Faith

How much faith in God do you have? How much faith in God do you need?
A little faith in our big God can produce astronomical and miraculous results.
In Luke’s gospel account, “The apostles said to the Lord, ‘Increase our faith!’ And the Lord said, ‘If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.” (Luke 17:5-6, ESV).
The mustard seed is one of the smallest of seeds producing a large tree. Jesus promised his apostles if they had faith this small, the size of a mustard seed, they could do the miraculous.
Does your little bit of faith need to be increased or exercised?
May we utilize our little faith, placing it in our almighty God, so that God will do large miracles in our lives and ministry.
A Collect for Mission: “Almighty and everlasting God, who alone works great marvels: Send down upon our clergy and the congregations committed to their charge the life-giving Spirit of your grace, shower them with the continual dew of your blessing, and ignite in them a zealous love of your Gospel; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
