The Presence Of God

How present is Jesus with you? How present are you to the presence of Jesus? How does the presence of Jesus effect your life?

The Psalmist writes, “Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence?” (Psalm 139:7).

God is always present with us. There is no place we can go in this fallen world where God is not able to be present with us.

We cannot outrun God’s presence with us.

God is present with us now and always—in every circumstance and geographical location.

Jesus said in the Great Commission that we are to teach people to observe all that He commanded us, and he said, “And I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20).

God is with us always, even unto the end.

May we be comforted by the presence of God with us in our lives and live present lives with him.

In Christ alone, Robbie

A Collect For Presence Of Christ: “Lord Jesus, stay with us, for evening is at hand and the day is past; be our companion in the way, kindle our hearts, and awaken hope, that we may know you as you are revealed in Scripture and the breaking of bread. Grant this for the sake of your love. Amen.” (Book of Common Prayer, 2019).
